The Presidents Cup 2011 is being held at the world famous Royal Melbourne Golf Club from November 15 to 20, 2011. Ticket Upgrade Options
Before reviewing your travel package options, for those seeking a little more luxury at The Presidents Cup 2011, GOLFSelect has two (2) ticket upgrade options available if booking either a 6 day / 7 night package or 4 day / 5 night package.
Trophy Club
The Trophy Club - Located along No. 10 fairway and offering terrific sight lines for both players’ tee shots and approach shots, The Trophy Club offers reserved tables for up to 10 guests available for purchase. With the purchase of a table also comes a continental breakfast buffet, luncheon buffet and afternoon tea served each day along with an open bar with assorted premium beverages. This climate controlled facility includes decorative theming, flat-screen televisions, on-line scoring terminals and a shared garden area with outdoor furniture. Patrons who purchase the 6 day / 7 night package with Trophy Club Ticket will be provided with access to the Captains Club on Tue - Wed.

Captain's Club
The Captains’ Club located in The Presidents Cup public village immediately adjacent to Hole 10. This special access facility offers first-class amenities including your choice of menu for purchase, premium cash bar, big-screen televisions, restrooms, scoring terminals, and non-reserved tables in a sportsbar setting. Each Captains’ Club purchaser will receive a weekly ticket book with one ticket for each day Tue-Sun. These tickets allow unlimited access to the grounds and Captains’ Club.

Exclusive Spectator Function - Crown Palladium (SOLD OUT)*
Held at the conclusion of the day’s play, Friday 18 November, at Crown Palladium, this two hour event will feature former golfing greats and special guest appearances. Hear about famous The Presidents Cup battles and preview the final two days of the tournament as both the US and International teams will be closely dissected and analysed.
Includes all entertainment, beverages (beer, wine, soft-drinks) and finger food. Proposed function timings are 8pm – 10pm. Dress: smart casual. Guests will be required to make their own way to/from Crown Palladium. Transportation will not be provided.
* This function is sold out but we can certainly add you to a waiting list should spots for this function become available.
Transportation - To/From The Royal Melbourne Golf Club
Private transportation to and from The Royal Melbourne Golf Club from convenient city locations is available only to those on the Tournament Travel Packages.
The vehicles will depart at regular intervals from convenient transport hubs in the Melbourne CBD and a central hub at The Royal Melbourne Golf Club. The provisional CBD transport hubs are provided below (subject to change).
All hotels included in the Tournament Travel Packages are a maximum 5-10 minute walk from these transport hubs.

Both the Taupo courses were great, quite different – had my best score at Kinloch! The resort courses were wonderfully presented, excellent service and facilities. Difficult to say which 2 were the best. All 3 resorts were excellent but the service/staff at Kauri Cliffs and Cape Kidnapper was exceptional.

Royal Melb was a little under-conditioned with the new fairways but the course layout was great. Kingston Heath-The course was impeccable. It is a day that we will all rememeber till we die. The Heritage-The greens were the best we played all weekend. Woodlands-Bunkers are sensational as are the greens.
